Really good stay!

I found the hotel conveniently located near various restaurants. A decently priced car park is across the road, SUCH a plus! The room was very comfortable and had air conditioning, appreciated. I found two Kit Kats and bottled water upon arrival, a good surprise.
I noticed i had to put some music on because i could hear outside noise.

The location was quite convenient. The room was clean upon arrival, and I appreciated that. Breakfast was also good. The restaurant offered AMAZING views!!!
The air conditioning system was complicated to use. I found it difficult to adjust to my preferred temperature. There was also no parking available at the hotel.

An Okay Stay with Some Issues

The fire alarm went off at 3 a.m. There was no fire. It was an issue with the alarm. We had to leave the building and waited outside for over an hour with no information given. There was no apology and no communication. I found it unacceptable at the price I paid for the night.

the room was clean upon my arrival the bed was very comfortable. there was a good service tray with nice toiletries in the bathroom plenty of towels were also available. i found lots of storage and hanging space which was very useful .

the location is super convenient. the staff is friendly. check-in and check-out were seamless! i immediately noticed cleanliness upon entering the room. teas, coffee, and toiletries were available.. blackout curtains helped me sleep in longer, it was great. the bed was really comfortable with soft, super clean linen, i enjoyed it a lot!
the sound proofing was a bit off, i could hear activity from the adjacent room. not a dealbreaker, but something to note.

the location provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. i found the room to be super clean and well-equipped with a kettle, hairdryer, and toiletries. the staff seemed friendly and helpful . i liked the breakfast and its variety.
i found the windows didn't seal well, letting in noise from outside. the music from nearby venues was quite audible. i also noticed some dampness in the bathroom, and the carpet was slightly lifted.
